I tried to push through it and eat the sesame chicken, but it was inedible. The sauce was greasy and tasted absolutely dreadful. I was gagging while trying to eat it. To make matters worse, the service was terrible. When I called to request a refund or to return the food, they were incredibly rude. I don't usually complain about food, but after spending $10 on a meal I couldn't even eat, I felt justified in seeking a refund. Initially, they refused to give me my money back and were dismissive about the whole situation. Eventually, they agreed to refund me, but only if I returned the original food. I’ve never encountered this kind of policy before. Overall, the experience was terrible; the food was inedible, and they were extremely difficult and rude about processing refunds. I wish I could give them zero stars.

This restaurant is fantastic! The woman who answers the phone is incredibly friendly and helpful. The food is consistently delicious, and they always deliver very quickly. I’ll definitely keep ordering from here!

I ordered through Grubhub and spent $18 as a regular member. Normally, drivers thank me and wish me a nice day, but this particular one was quite annoying. Instead of just greeting me, he seemed more focused on questioning me about the order. I would’ve been fine if he simply asked for my name, but instead, he just stared awkwardly at the food and then back at me when I opened the door. He embarrassingly asked for my name and phone number, making the whole interaction feel unprofessional. It’s frustrating because it felt like I had to jump through hoops just to receive my order. If he had asked for my details politely, that would have been acceptable, but the way he approached it was off-putting. I prefer to have no contact during deliveries, yet he seemed insistent on staying and making the interaction uncomfortable. I’ve been ordering from Grubhub for years, and this experience has left a bad impression. I think I’ll look for other options, like China Wok, where the food is just as affordable and tastier. It’s unfortunate because I was a loyal customer, and after this, I don’t think I’ll be returning. I even left a tip, though most wouldn’t be as patient as I was. It’s a shame because I do enjoy their pho, but this experience was disappointing.

This is a restaurant that definitely strives for excellent! you eat is always on the spot! excellent eating that never disappointed so if you are looking for a good Asian cuisine. I promise this place is the one they will never regret.

I have no idea how this place is a 3.3 out of 5. My family and I have been going and ordering from here for over a decade and everything is always delicious. Our favorites are the egg drop soup, steam dumplings, and salt pepper shrimp.
