I get Del Taco before I head in to work at night. For that I have to do the drive-thru. I enjoy the quesadilla tacos. These fill me up enough that I can make it through the whole night. The cashier always has me leaving with a smile. The line tends to be long but just lets me know we are on the same taste bud page. View all feedback.
What Adan Wisoky doesn't like about Del Taco:
The last time we went there, we were in the drive thru line for nearly an hour and there's no way to get out of the line. This time there were only two cars ahead of me and they had already ordered, so I took a chance on the slow service being a one time problem. It was still quite slow. Also, the sour cream was added to my tab, but not to my del Tacos. I prefer del Taco for fast food tacos, but the locations around... View all feedback.
My kidnapper and I stopped an evening. It was a long day, and we just needed something quick to finish our day. As with most places throughout the country, staff shortages are very common. Waiting was much longer than we expected and when we got our food, we just wanted to go home. I usually control before leaving the parking lot, but after a quick look into the bag I thought and hoped it was all there. We soon discovered several items missing in our order. Luckily the app (which I had just downloaded and used) save the order information that allowed me to check items. I called the number that is listed and thankfully someone (Diana) replied. She was so apologetic and gave excellent customer service. She went beyond and beyond to make the situation right - a pleasant surprise from the service and the care I receive from ordering fast food businesses in our neighborhood. We are a family of six, so my orders tend to be on the larger side. A recent example was Panera Bread. I am really impressed by the care I received tonight and hope Díana is recognized for her strong work ethics.

This is a restaurant you can't (or just shouldn't) buy the cheaper food. Its good but you need to buy the Epic Burritos and leave the baby sized tacos alone. These are not tacos they are the taco bite equivalent to a pizza roll for a lot more money. The food may be better here than Taco Bell but Taco Bell owns the budget menu. I also would just about prefer anything other than fries as a side at a tex mex restaurant.
Had a quick lunch, I love the chicken quasadilla with cheese, so yummy and hot! You must try with extra hot sauce!
Incompetent workers on the midnight shift on March 19th Saturday 12:00 am to be exact. Taco thrown together carelessly- I seen they potentially had a young manager so I understand why it was made like that—as I worked fast food before- I can however still leave an opinion on it
