Cold Stone Creamery - Kennesaw

Trust the reviews! Go to the Cold Stone Creamery on Exit 269 if you are on I-75. Their address is 2500 Cobb Pl Ln NW Ste 230, Kennesw, GA 30144. I went to this Wade Green location once before, and it was not a pleasant experience. I gave them another chance months later, only to have another bad experience. I ordered what I wanted and the guy tells me it is hard to make. Then he asked if I would like to try a different ice cream. I told him it wouldn’t be what I asked for if he used a different ice cream. I told him I would just place an entirely different order. Total was nearly $13 for a love it size in a waffle cone. I told him that is insane and that the one on exit 269 is not that expensive. He said the other location is corporate and they are not, so they get to raise the prices. I told him I will not be coming back to this location. Then, as I was eating my ice cream, I noticed a string of hair in it, so I tossed it. AGAIN, TRUST THE REVIEWS! Do not go to this Wade Green location, not worth your time and definitely not worth your money! I have had nothing but great experiences at the Cobb Pl location.

Horrible experience. Waffle cone was stale and was charged extra for the chocolate tip covering. Also ordered a Regular milkshake and was given a small. Lady tried to tell me it was regular when it was clearly the small. Even showed her next the size display that is was small and the other size was a regular. She was like, it's small or large. Um NO. THE Menu lists small and regular.

Usually good. No oreos in my ice cream after requesting extra.

The young ladies that helped us were super sweet and quick.
