Update Nov 2022. Bumping up to 4 stars. This location is steadily improving. Credit where credit is due!!! This is an average BK location. Not terrible, not great. They're rarely busy so I'm usually through the drive thru quickly. It's hit or miss, like most BK locations these days. I've had some really friendly service and also some borderline rude service. What John Doe doesn't like about Burger King:
Extremely rude drive thru experience. They don?t have menu before the actual ordering booth and the guy was not allowing time to look at the menu and decide. The name of agent was Anthony. I called them back to give feedback and they hung up on me when I tried to provide feedback. Would never return to it again and will pass on this feedback within my network. It looks as though it was recently renovated. The service was very good and everyone was happy. The spicy chicken was not spicy in fact it was something that you might find in a cheap TV dinner. The chicken nuggets were good and I like their tea. The tea here is better than Macdonalds. Oh and why did they stop the chicken fries commercials, I love those they were so funny.
Tried the Impossible burger taste challenge using a $7 app coupon for a regular whopper and a meatless impossible burger whopper. We have vegetarian meats often so we 've had this type of meat before. But done up like a Whopper, it was really tasty! The counter clerk was sincerely polite, a nice start to a good experience.
I got the 2 for $6 Whopper w/ cheese and spicy chicken sandwich-extra mayo for me. The workers were nice; the restaurant was clean. All in all, it was good. I got what I paid for. Simply satisfied. Is it just me or is the whopper meat getting smaller and smaller? I almost need to get a triple whopper to compete with all that bun. ijs
Never going back. Moldy food. Undercooked bacon. Going to have to never come back and possible not Burger King for a while. Update: 5 days after complaint to Burger King corporate. No response. No calls. This owner doesn?t care about your business. Update 2: 12 days after original complaint. There have been 3 corporate calls, 3 emails to corporate, 3 complaints filed through their system and NO response. No simple apology or understanding of the situation at hand. At this point, I don?t expect an apology. Just please consider the negligence of the operator before deciding to eat at this Burger King. Please consider the lack of acknowledgment from corporate before consider eating at any Burger King. They do not care about food safety or guest satisfaction. Final Update: 2 weeks after the initial issue. I finally was contacted by the DM for the franchise group that runs this location. I was offered a replacement meal at the same restaurant, not a refund just a replacement. When I asked to eat a different location they quit responding. Burger King needs to get their heads together. Why would I go back to the same one that obviously didn?t care. Can I just get my $7 back and never eat at a Burger King again?
Staff is rude (eye rolls/ poor tone) and service is slow. They tell you to pull in a parking space so their long wait times aren?t recorded. Just spend your money somewhere else. Ample of other restaurants in the area. . Customer service is horrible 6/22 8:00pm
