Visited 9-5-20 at 9:30 p.m. waited 40 minutes for a couple whopper meals, the one employee that was running the kitchen and drive thru simultaneously had a terrible attitude, and a much worse work ethic. As he filled the fry's with the tongs he could not figure out how to get them into the small sleve, the first fry was decent size, the last he completely gave up and didn't even try to hide it. Food was very good. They make phone orders too hard
DON?T USE CREDIT CARD THERE! Went there on Thursday Jan 7th 2021 at 7:15pm. Only drive thru was open. Service was SLOW. Only did 1 car at time! Had to order, pay, and get food before they took another car order. That was bad enough, but when it was time to pay, it TOOK way too long for them to give me my card back after handing it to them. He didn?t swipe it as soon as I give it to him. It look like they took it towards the front counter and then finally brought it back to the drive through cash register and ran it. I was suspicious because credit card skimming had happened to me before at a restaurant. Come find out, 3 hours later I get a text from my bank saying I had 12 suspicious Walmart transactions declined ranging from $21 to $1047! Glad fraud technology caught. But it?s a sign that who ever owns or manages that location has HORRIBLE oversight! Will never go again.
This location proves time and time again they can?t get a simple order correct. This morning I went here to get breakfast and wanted French toast sticks. The lady in the drive thru mumbled in her earpiece and refused to speak clearly. I said ?5 piece? and she said pull up to the 2nd window. I said well I have more to order and she sat in silence. I said ?I do have more to order? and a second voice came on with an attitude and said ?will you just give us your order!? as if I was holding my order hostage... maybe speak clearly so someone can hear you? Just a thought. Extremely rude and I can gladly say I won?t be returning.
I went for a crispy chicken salad which costs 5.99. I get them regularly, so I know size and price. Came home took out my salad and it was a side salad with chicken. I did not just pay 6 bucks for a side salad with chicken. Then to top it off, they never gave me any dressing. Every time I go to this location they can't seem to get it together. Pay the hell attention. And, they are rude.
