What Sam Jacob Dev doesn't like about 575 Bistro:
We tried this place as a family of 4 for the first time. We opted for the dine in. First impressions, it’s beautiful inside and they have a great interior that is fit for this restaurant. When we sat on our booth I was disappointed by the upkeep of the sofa seating. There were stains all over over the beautiful sofa. This is why I rated as 3.When it comes to the food my spouse ordered the pho and I opted for Thai cur... View all feedback.
Gotta love a place so extra they hung up 7 crystal chandeliers under purple LED strips, am I right? The service is the stand out, though. I think they ran out of unsweetened iced tea before I got there, so brewed more for me. The pho is a bit saltier than what I'm used to, but otherwise satisfactory. I wish they'd given me cilantro with the accoutrements, but all they had was Thai basil.Credentials: I'm half Vietnamese. So no, it isn't as good as my mom's, but it did the trick.

The food includes a wide variety of Asian styles, it's not all Vietnamese, although that is my favorite. The service resembles that of an old school 5 star restaurant where you're asked 5 plus times if everything is ok, when it's fantastic, look up and they will approach you to assist you with your needs. The atmosphere is on par with luxury 5 star establishments in major cities. Did I say the food is fantastic? It's an understatement, vegetables were crisp, not soggy, nothing was over seasoned, you can taste each ingredient individually, maybe 10% of the cooks and chefs out there have this talent. Kudos to the owner, management, and staff. It's authentic and mirrors the culture of the staff. The Tao brought me there and I am certain I will flow back because of the love that is in everything.

The food was really great and I would rate the food 4 stars.Definitely recommend for the price point and food taste
Decided to try this place for the first time and they did not disappoint. Our server was extremely friendly and ensured we were taken care of. We both got the brisket filet mignon pho, this broth was amazing especially with the chili oil. It was just flavorful, the meat portions were very nice too. Might be my new favorite place in Kennesaw.
