We don't have a waffle house in San Antonio, so we always try to eat at one if possible. The food was good. The waffle was great. The service was ok, could use a little incentive. My pet Peeve, must ask for the obvious, cream, sweet and low, butter, etc. Every server should know. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Waffle House:
Light service I am here and my child, they only have the cook and 1 training server, they was completely rude with a terrible attitude. Chef asked me to be patient after waiting for 15 minutes, I asked why she is not yet able to get my order when I asked the boss that I should be patient so that she does not come behind the schedule... Was just a customer in business! View all feedback.

Worst service I've ever had at a waffle house... had to ask for everything! Food was even ? had to even ask for my waffle while my waitress played on her phone... no jelly, had to wait on utensils after my food was served... best part is the place was just about empty with only myself and 1 other guest at any given time... definitely won't be back to that location! I eat at waffle house often and this was definitely not the normal WH experience ?
Our waitress was the best ever.. her personality.. how she waited on us. You can tell she takes pride in herself making you feel good about yourself.. I just fell in love with her...the service was excellent.. the food tasty.. thanks wh
Always clean . The cook Anthony is on point and Denisha was so friendly and helpful. Continuously get great meals and service when I come here.
