The Munch Factory - Kenner

It's airport food. This location is right near C4, C5 gates. Make sure you have plenty of time before you order just in case service takes a while. I haven't seen a worker in a while myself. Included some pictures of menu atmosphere below so you have a sense of prices.

Always so many options in the airport by our Gate was nearby so we gave it a try. Pretty good búfalo chicken wrap with a big amount of fries. Average quality but good enough to finish the whole thing. Better choice than chilis next door.

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I ordered the crawfish fries, and they were absolutely delicious! They were served warm and fresh.

I had a great experience at this restaurant. The cashier, Nicole, was incredibly sweet and worked very hard. She kept everyone informed about the wait time for their food, which I really appreciated! After a long week in New Orleans, I was in the mood for a good burger, and this place definitely delivered. The fries were perfectly seasoned and wonderfully crispy! If you don’t mind waiting a little while for your food (since everything is cooked fresh on the grill or in the fryer), I highly recommend trying this spot!

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The food was not good—it was served cold and the wait time for both placing our order and receiving it was excessively long. I wanted to order a burger, but there were only three items available on the limited menu. We waited around 15 to 20 minutes for our food, and there seemed to be no sense of urgency from the staff. I found the staff, especially the cashier with glasses, to be quite unprofessional and unfriendly. She had a noticeable unpleasant attitude. I would recommend looking for dining options elsewhere in the airport. I certainly won’t be returning to this place.
