Papa Johns Pizza - Kenner

Disappointed, i ordered my pizza at 7:00 pm, i didnt receive it until 9:30 pm. Also, they didnt even bother to knock on the door they simply just left it on a table outside smh . Im done with this place until they get their stuff together, because just 2 to 3 employees in a pizza business is just plain stupid. They need to just shut it down at this point , its been about a year with this bad service.

DO NOT PLACE ORDER FROM THIS STORE AND NOT EVEN FOR DELIVERY !! I placed order at 7:33 pm and it's 9:12 pm and haven't received it! I called them and they were very rude and told me it was going to take 2 hours and 45 minutes and to call them at 10:00 pm if my order hasn't been delivered like what ? Who waits 2 hours and 30 minutes for a pizza !? This is the worst place ever ! And crew is the worst very rude !! Do not order from this place never ! You will waste your time!

Currently waiting on a 2 pizza order for 2 hours...has been on the way for 54 minutes. We live .9 miles away. Employee answering the phone when we were able to get someone to answer was extremely rude! We love Papa John 's pizza but unfortunately they have loss our business!

That's the worse papa john I've ever been to. I was called jackass to help. I ordered online. delivery time said it would take almost 2 hours. I called to see if it was easier for me to choose. I even said I wouldn't worry about the delivery fee I'm going to pay. I was told it's better to leave it because the delivery fee could not be refunded. When I was suspended, I was called jackass. When I got into the load, the manager started yelling at me when I told her I was called an idiot. she hid in her office until gm arrived. gm was just as bad. I had to calm her down and tell her to behave professionally, because I have approached everyone with respect and nobody called anyone from her name. I was refunded and that was it. no excuse. I understand the times in which we live and try to be my best too patient, but as an idiot to try to help them, is just pissing poor and not called for.

Papa johns pizza in Kenner , on Williams , is The worst papa johns I ever had , I will never order there again . Great people but pizza was poorly made .
