Baskin-robbins - Kenner

I 'll never go back. First off, I walked in with my wife and son and was asked to turn around and wait outside because they were at max capacity since there was already 4 people in the store and we would have made 7. Annoying but understandable. After standing outside while it was raining, we got to go in after everyone else left. Then the girl behind the counter told me that my son needed a mask. Still, annoying but somewhat understandable. My wife tried to inform her that my son was only 3 years old. This is where I got pissed. This smartass **** gave us an attitude and started saying Per the Baskin Robins policy...... like she was quoting the Declaration of Independence. I stopped her, picked up my 3 year old and walked out the door. I 'll never go back to any Baskin Robins again. There are way too many places I can buy a damn ice cream cone from.

A polar pizza ordered for my man's birthday. the keks was round and they hardly put up a 5 inch ice place. taste was good, but only about half the ice cream.

This business does not comply with ADA prevention laws in any way. they refused to serve me because I have a service dog. beyond that they were incredibly rude. I was at many other Baskin-Robins locations that I like to serve and ask if my service dog needs something, but this place has told us to leave ourselves that they are required by ADA laws for all impediments. I will not return to this place. it is the heart if the care of the others is not put first.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! We didn't have masks and so I was going to ask to buy some for my boyfriend, myself, and our 3 kids. Before I could even ask one of the 3 very rude young girls behind the counter told us to leave. On our way out I told them I was going to buy each of us a mask and a different one of the very rude girls behind the counter told my boyfriend they'd rather us not eat there! After being treated so horribly in front of our 3 kids who were so scared by the encounter it brought them to tears we will NEVER return to that location even if someone offered to pay us!!! The ONLY reason they're getting a 1 star review from me is because I have to in order to post this review.

Awful! Young girl behind counter was rude yelled at me to put my mask on of which I was in the process of putting it on. Then the older gentleman was right there and I said are you the manager, he said yes. I asked him if he allows her to bark at the customers? He stated they were stressed out because of Covid. I said WHAT? Really, you are not an emergency front line worker or healthcare provider and you are stressed? They had wrong name on cake and I will NEVER step foot in that facility again. Rude, unprofessional and had a pipe leak from ceiling. Disgusting
