As someone that’s starting out on their healthier lifestyle I came here and it was great. I got the shrimp with a side of red potatoes and fajita veggies with a side of chili lime sauce! I don’t think I’ve had shrimp so perfectly cooked and seasoned ordering from a restaurant before! It all came together perfectly and I was very satisfied after eating! 10/10 would recommend

First time here ! I've been trying to get here for a while now lol . I brought my mom for lunch! They are highly educated about healthy eating and macros ! All the meals come with macros so you know exactly what you're eating. Our food came out freshly cooked and it was delicious and satisfying! We were very happy with the service add they treated us like family. They have a meal prep service as well! I will be calling for a consultation next week so I can try the meal prep out !! They are supposed to be one of the top prep restaurants in DFW so I'm excited to get the details !
