Today, there w... read more I am giving one star to the owner of this franchise. You should feel ashamed of yourself. I order from this location for lunch almost every week. Today, there was only one girl working and she was clearly overwhelmed. Customers were being patient, but the poor girl was beyond stressed. She was multitasking by making lunch for customers while trying to answer phone calls. The owner should get out from behind their desk or put down their golf clubs and help the hardworking employees who help them make thousands of dollars. Without her, they would have no business.

However, the salads were remade with barely any lettuce and very little dressing. As a manager at a Subway in Massachusetts, I was shocked at the poor quality and lack of adherence to our usual standards.
