As soon as 12AM hits, they switch over to the breakfast menu…i guarantee NO ONE wants to eat breakfast at midnight.. I’m convinced they do this on purpose so people walk away. HORRIBLE!!! ??
Horrible experience here on Friday March 22, 2024 at 8:15 pm. After I ordered on the app, I go to pick up my order and the worker (girl) behind the register states that the order did not go through. I clearly see my order at the end of the register with my name on it. I stated to her once again what my name was and I showed her on my phone that is my order. she states again that’s a DoorDash order. At this point I’m so done talking to the incompetent because it’s clearly not going anywhere. The lack of her not understanding when facts are in her face is absurd. No worries, I no contacted my credit card company and got refunded.
Don't order off the kiosk. I placed my order and paid, they stated it didn't go through and said I would have to order and pay again. They insisted I wasn't going to be charged from the kiosk but the payment went through.
