Hard 4 stars for this location, the girl that was actually working and made my sandwich was so very sweet, we chatted about how shes was from NY and she wished me safe travels. The girl that rung me out was super rude and was talking outside on her phone for the majority of the time. I was on a 15 hour drive from FL and yawned when I was at the register, she actually yawned at me back and looked like a complete clown... View all feedback.
What Tiffany Steakhouse doesn't like about Subway:
Just do not do online orders for either Kenly locations. Both do not give you ingredients clearly listed on app, but still charge you. I did not go back because who has the time to go all the way back to town!I have never had a problem with the staff here, but come on. Stuff is already expensive, and not getting what you paid for makes it worse! View all feedback.
If I could give a zero, I would. I walked up to the door at 840pm with the sign in the window clearly lit up saying open. I went to open the door and it was locked. There were two female employees inside, one sweeping and one behind the counter. Both looked at me and shook their heads and mouthed we are closed. The sign on the door read close at 9pm. I'm all for leaving work on time but my sandwich would have only taken about 3-5 minutes to be made. Make this make sense.

8pm and store is close. Posted opening hours is till 10
Hubby went in to order and my husband was told no about having soup and said he would have to wait because the employees had to go do something with chicken and the other had pee right out the gate. Two employees one customer ready to order and told him he had to wait. THIS IS AFTER I CALLED TO SEE IF THEY HAD SOUP AND WAS HUNG UP ON. Apparently they don’t want peoples money.
I went here today and an older lady was on the phone the entire time and was holding her phone on a personal phone call and messing with her hair and then proceeded to dig into the veggies to fix my sub without changing gloves. I nicely let her know that I no longer wanted the subs. This was very unprofessional; I will say there was another young lady there that was very nice and washed her hands.
