However, I am disappointed by the disorganization and rudeness of the owner. I often hear him cursing and speaking harshly to his staff, which makes me feel sorry for the cashier. I believe that if he took more time and didn't rush every order, the service would be smoother and less overwhelming. I dread coming here for food because of the owner's hurried attitude, which gives me anxiety while placing my order.
