It’s October and they have decorated the restaurant with excellent Halloween decorations making it feel like the season. It was so fun to see and they did such a great job! We got halibut bite appetizers which were so yummy. The breading was perfect, not soggy at all! Then we ordered a few dishes of seafood pasta and ooooh my was it mouth watering! If the food would have been better may have not been a big deal.

I'm really frustrated. I've been a loyal customer for years, ordering just one item from their menu exactly the way I love it. It has always been fantastic. How... read more I'm really frustrated. I've been a loyal customer for years, ordering just one item from their menu exactly the way I love it. It has always been fantastic. However, now there's a new chef who comes off as quite pretentious and refuses to accommodate any substitutions. I've only encountered two restaurants in the past that didn't allow substitutions, and they were much higher-end than this one. If you're going to adopt such a snobbish attitude, you need to improve your overall service, or at least be less rigid. Many customers, including those with allergies, often request substitutions. It’s disappointing to think they’d rather lose my business—and probably others too—by being inflexible. This is not how the restaurant used to operate, and I genuinely feel it has declined since the new owners took over. I urge them to reconsider their policy on substitutions, or they risk losing loyal customers for good.
