Five Star Restaurant - Kemptville

I usually order the two-egg breakfast at this restaurant. The portions are large and, in my opinion, they have the most delicious hash browns in town, topped with plenty of onions. The service is excellent and the staff is friendly.

Very inexpensive and delicious food. I ordered the chicken balls, almond guy ding and rice. So much food....amazing egg rolls too. All for $12. Will be back.

Average food - portions are good size for most things.One thing though - if you ask for a SMALL juice you will get a SMALL serving! Only way it could have been smaller was if it was served in a THIMBLE! When I asked for a water, it was given to me in a HUGE glass. Just funny when I compared the 2 glasses.

We were so hungry for Chinese food and we were on the 416. He decided to stop in Kemptville so of course I started to check the reviews for restaurants. I picked the Five Star Restaurant and we were pleasantly surprised. We pulled in around 2:45 pm not exactly a good time to eat but we took our chances. The waitress was very nice and the place was clean. When the food came I was surprised by the big portions and the spareribs were perfect, what I expected were dried out pieces of meat but they were tender and one even fell off the bone and the chicken balls were very nice a little crispy on the outside. It was so good that I eat everything on my plate. I would eat there again!

The food is always good here.. Fresh.. Hot.. Good food.. The staff are excellent and friendly.. Eat here, it wonderful.
