The service was unfriendly, and there were no pleasantries like “please” or “thank you.” They also don't bother answering the phone. The battered sausage was as tough as cardboard, and the chips were incredibly hard. Discovering human hair in my chips was the final straw. I've attempted to call and explain the situation, but there was no answer. I would definitely recommend avoiding this place! They boast a 5-star hygiene rating, but I’m not sure how that’s possible.
