Bar staff very friendly. Didn't have any real ale on tap, which was bit of a shock. Surprised at the high price of lagers. I'd not been there for quite a while. Probably a long time before I go again. View all feedback.

The restaurant provided poor and slow service, despite having pre-ordered our meals. The pork was overcooked and inedible, the vegetables were cold, and there was no custard available for the apple pie. Unfortunately, this experience spoiled Mother's Day for my 94-year-old mum. View all feedback.

The King William IV is a cosy little pub situated at the bottom end of Kempston in Bedford. It has a homely feel with wide beams and comfortable seating
