un peu déçu du Schaeferhof, tout d'abord le service en été n'est que sur la terrasse couverte (terrasse d'été dans le jardin) avec un décor de bric et de broc, chaises en plastics et sol en goudron, le tout pas très bien ventilé! Côté cuisine, une cuisine de terroir correct mais sans plus. Pour ma part un tournedos Rossini au foie gras (commande saignant) reçu bien trop cuit, les perchettes avaient un très fort goût... As soon as you get in your house. Warm, relaxing and classy atmosphere. Service is no better. Careful and attentive to your wishes. Always with a smile. The not too busy menu offers traditional and homemade dishes. I can only advise you to go there. One of the last bastion of culinary art in the border region. Bravo to the whole team.
