un peu déçu du Schaeferhof, tout d'abord le service en été n'est que sur la terrasse couverte (terrasse d'été dans le jardin) avec un décor de bric et de broc, chaises en plastics et sol en goudron, le tout pas très bien ventilé! Côté cuisine, une cuisine de terroir correct mais sans plus. Pour ma part un tournedos Rossini au foie gras (commande saignant) reçu bien trop cuit, les perchettes avaient un très fort goût...
