This place is awesome! I came out of the nearby state park for gas and saw this little place and was conveniently hungry. The staff were nice, the waiter recommended the bacon wrapped shrimp appetizer, it was a good call, they were awesome. This is a charming little spot with a wide-ranging menu that includes both everyday dishes and gourmet options. The locals seem to really love it. I would give it five stars, but the entrées felt a bit pricey considering what you receive. Unfortunately, my scallops and potatoes were served cold. They might have been a bit overwhelmed, as it was quite busy when I visited. However, the pizza from another table looked amazing, and everyone else appeared to be thoroughly enjoying their meals. Some might hesitate to pay $32 for a dish at a place that resembles a diner. Nonetheless, there is plenty of affordable food to enjoy here.
The crab tea dinner was absolutely delicious, Daddy O! The buttermilk mashed potatoes and the herbal side paired perfectly together. Everything was beautifully crafted!
The chef of the day oversaw our Christmas gathering for the Bible study group of the Southern Chester County community. The food was excellent, the service was outstanding, and the prices were very reasonable! Everyone enjoyed their meals. We highly recommend meeting here again for our next event.

I reached out to Chef Du Jour Catering for catering needs for the weekend of my daughter's sweet sixteen parties. Chef Jamie helped me decide on a menu based on my budget! He delivered the food for me on a Sunday for the party (the first cater I I called was closed on Sundays! . The food was AMAZING! All the guests loved EVERYTHING! I highly recommend Chef Du Jour Catering. Also I ordered a sandwich tray for a smaller party on the Friday before the bigger party on Sunday and they accommodated my last minute request! The sandwiches/hoagies were also delicious and fresh!
