Carraway Pier is the best fish and chip restaurant I've visited in Brisbane. The chips are always crispy and cooked to perfection and the fish and salad option are highly affordable and delicious. A large meal for one person can be purchased for approximately $12, making it one of the most affordable restaurants I've visited in the area. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Carraway Pier Fish and Chips:
Ate there with a friend of mine. I had chicken burger and chips and my friend had beef burger and chips. After a while got sick, felt like puking. Not just me, my friend too. Never going back to this place again View all feedback.
The food is excellent and the service is great at this restaurant. I have always enjoyed the food here and would highly recommend it. Whether you dine in or get takeout, you won't be disappointed. There are many delicious options to choose from.
Mum suggested this place as it had 4/5star reviews. we ordered our meal as a pickup and we were not very satisfied with our meal times. we had calamari and fish with chips, the chips were amazing and beautiful and crispy (as I like it) but the...Kalorari was over boiled. I was not very impressed when you consider that it was highly rated. it was a more convenient place to the time, but would not order again from this place.
Located in Kelvin Grove Brisbane. Nice place to stop for fish and chips lunch. Sit outside and watch the world go by.

Friendly patient service we were undecided as to what we felt like. I enquired about where the fish came from local? Most fish was Australian with a couple coming from NZ. Could order crumbed, battered or grilled. We chose local barramundi and atlantic...salmon (both grilled) with greek salad. Prices were extremely reasonable for an inner Brisbane restaurant/cafe. Meals arrived promptly and were generous portions. Greek salad was very tasty and the fish was still moist. Would definitely go again should we find ourselves in Kelvin Grove.
