The upstairs area has a charming and warm atmosphere, and I would certainly come back. Prices are quite reasonable, and the coffee was outstanding. I rated it four stars mainly because the service could use some improvement. When I asked for a dip, they told me they didn’t have any available. I also requested honey for my coffee, but they didn’t have that either. When I asked for napkins, I was told I could grab some inside myself. So, the service was definitely lacking. Nevertheless, the friendly and inviting environment compensates for those service shortcomings. They have some delicious-looking scones and cookies on the counter that I just can't resist—I always end up giving in! As a plant lover, I also appreciate the lovely plants they have inside, which add to the overall vibe. All in all, I really enjoy this place.
