Its been a long time since I've had a first time anything but this was the first for me in kelowna and probably 15 years since richmond with different colored plates that you stacked up on the table. This modest place in downtown kelowna Makes its own sauces! Soy sauce, teriyaki sauce all the sauces! We(3 of us) had ALL you can eat! Hot, cold, rolls, sashimi and salads! Great food! We used to be regulars here but moved out of town. Recently returned for a visit and we didn't have a great experience. The tuna was very poor, smelt off and tasted bad. We felt a bit sick for the afternoon. The sashimi was very small portions and poorly sliced, it looked like they had used a blunt knife and just tore it apart. Misato's is my go-to sushi spot in Kelowna! I have been dining there for more than 2 years and the food and service never disappoint.
This is our top spot in Kelowna! Despite only visiting a few times, the staff already know us and warmly welcome us. The sushi is fantastic - with fresh, one-of-a-kind rolls and quick service. A delightful place to dine!
I had a wonderful experience at this charming restaurant. The food was tasty and affordable, and the ambiance was cozy with excellent air conditioning. Our server was friendly and well-informed.

After being turned away from multiple restaurant in the area for not serving food after 930pm, this place came up and save the day.Food was great, service was even better.The salmon sashimi here was so fatty and thick. One piece of sashimi is equivalent to 1.5 or 2 pieces eles where. True satisfaction.To top everything up, the price of their menu is just too cheap to be true.$6, 7, 8 dollar rolls are just unbeatable for the quantity and quality of food you will get.I strongly recommend coming to this place to show your support to honest and friendly small business.
