KFC - Kelowna

I ordered online for pick-up, but my order wasn't even prepared. No masks were worn, and I had to wait in the lobby. When my order finally arrived, the food was extremely cold and poorly made. The chicken was dry and the fries were soggy. This restaurant needs to improve their service or they will not survive.

The chicken was overcooked and the fries were cold. I requested a refund, but the cashier did not provide one. I would not recommend spending money at this restaurant.

The absolutely worst experience in casual eating in a very long time. Slovenian inability, creepy tiny, over expensive portions. all problems absolutely no refund. the worst imaginable quality of the service, no competence with the Canadian language.

Not all stalls are bad. I went through the drive-thru and inquired about their menu options until there was only one choice left. I was informed: "1 piece, 2 pieces, 3 pieces, 6 pieces, 12 pieces, you get the idea." I specifically asked about the 12-piece chicken. However, when I got home, I discovered that it was all wings and legs, something that was not disclosed to me. The chicken was also extremely greasy, lacking crispy skin, and had a different flavor compared to other places. It was bland, oily, and overall had very poor customer service. When I called to inquire why it was all wings and legs, I was informed that it was a Tuesday special, something that could have been mentioned when I placed my order to avoid any confusion.

So being in the Rutland area for my sons basketball tournement, and short on time between games, we asked our son where he wanted to try. Well, he decided on KFC of all places...lol. Based on my previous food experiences at this location and the...bad reviews I had given it, I did not order for myself. My wife and son did though and they ordered a chicken wrap, chicken sandwich, and a chilli burrito. As I suspected it turned into a train wreck. Neither my son or wife finished the meals and they ended up in the trash and absolutely disgusting was the description I got from them. Seriously though, don’t waste your time or money. This is top 3 worst locations in Kelowna for food and I have lived here my entire life.
