We recently dined in at this restaurant and placed our order online beforehand. Although we had to wait a few minutes on both occasions, it was worth it as they cook everything hot and fresh. When I arrived, I added a large fountain drink to my order and was about to pay with my debit card. However, the woman behind the counter kindly told me not to bother as she expected extra fees. The plant sandwich exceeded my expectations in taste, while my girlfriend, who is from the Philippines, thoroughly enjoyed her fried chicken, satisfying her craving. The dine-in area was surprisingly spacious compared to its exterior. I also noticed the woman was very helpful with other customers entering the store.
We were served by Janet at the front counter, and she was the sweetest and kindest lady! We loved her attitude and warmth. Following her recommendation, we got two full meals for only $12. The food was hot and came out quickly. Keep up the great work, Janet! Thank you for making our experience even better.
I had an amazing experience with the customer service at this restaurant, despite arriving right before closing time. The staff was incredibly friendly. The food was good and served hot, meeting my expectations for fast food. It wasn't anything out of this world, but it was definitely satisfying.
Today the west kelowna kfc. very good service and the meal was hot. I go back someday and get a bucket, the prices are very good. keven
I ordered lunch and this load took my order and my money, gave me a time to pick up when I appeared to the time to pick up (45 minutes after ordering) not only was ordering not ready, but the restaurant was not. even open! there was a sign in the window where it was specified that they only drive through commands. When I went through, it was painfully obvious that there was no one in the restaurant at all. So let them see they took my money and obviously had no intention to fulfill the order as there was no one to cook or to speak. Beyond that, when I called the office, they didn't even offer me to compensate, they told me that it was the franchise's fault in the round and they would let them know that I was unhappy. now I have no lunch, I was wasting my time to do this, and I am also out of the bag the means I have spent in advance on my order until they return it to my bank account, as they promised they would. all this was based on an email for a quote for a lunch from KFC waste office, what a of marketing efforts!
