If you are staying at the Sheraton Four Points Kelowna or have time to kill and want a nice place to sit and have a drink and some food before a flight, go to the Gulfstream in the Sheraton just across the street from the Kelowna airport. We reserved a table inside near the wine case, and a Magnum of Ex Nihilo 2009 Merlot. The table I reserved had been given away, and the waitress had no idea how to open the wine. (wax sealed) The two Charcuterie Plates we ordered were very basic, made with readily accessible meats and cheeses and nothing special. We met friends for lunch while on vacation. We sat outside in the patio and enjoyed the sunshine. Food was well prepared and presented. Service was good and food arrived in a timely manner. Appetizer came quickly to abate hunger pains. My husband and friend enjoyed the special with a delicious tomato soup and a chicken caesar wrap. I had the fish tacos which were good but messy! The other friend had a beautifully created tuna poke salad. We were happy to be able to visit with each other and catch up.
On a recent business trip, I ate here for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Each meal was nice, and the service was consistently great. There is nothing terribly special about this restaurant but it was very good and did have a pleasant outdoor patio for lunch. The menu has enough options to keep most people happy and the food was very good each time.
I recently had one of the best meals in a long time at this restaurant! I highly recommend trying the linguini with bison meatballs.
The food and drinks at this restaurant are consistently excellent every time we visit! Our waitress tonight was exceptional!
