Freddy's Brew Pub - Kelowna

We stopped by to bowl after going to Scandia. Nothing too special as far as bowling goes, but the staff were just excellent. Really accommodated us and helped us have fun. Not a big tourist attraction, but it deserves to be recognized.

We had lunch here while passing through town. The restaurant has a real cool feel. There is a bowling alley attached to it. My wife tried a flight of their beer they make. She really enjoyed them. My wife got the pulled pork sandwich. I got the chicken fingers. Both were really good. The waitress was very nice and prompt. The place is very clean. The prices are very good. Try it out.

My girlfriend and i had the lunch special which was the seafood spinach salad with a white baslamic dressing was very good

A group of friends met at Mccurdy Corner, for the weekly Wednesday gathering of "show and shine". Ten of us ordered and were mostly satisfied, except for the expensive add ons. The food was okay, but nothing to write home about. It was really busy and they didn't have enough help, so service was slow.

If you're in Kelowna and are into craft beer and decent pub food, there are myriad choices. Unfortunately Freddy's is definitely NOT one of them; the beer has no depth of flavour and the food is average at best.
