Boston Pizza - Kelowna

There must have been some kind of special offer, but the service was much slower than usual with long gaps between check-ins from the waiter. It took 5 minutes for the waiter to ask if we were ready to order, another 5 minutes to bring the bill, and another 5 minutes to bring the card machine. The food was hot and delicious, but we received garlic toast instead of cheese bread, a full salad instead of a side salad, without any dressing, and only 1 fork for 2 people. 5 minutes later, we had to ask for an extra fork and some dressing. This happened on a Tuesday at 8 o'clock in the evening.

I was looking for a spot to enjoy a satisfying lunch, and this Boston pizza restaurant fit the bill perfectly. My group ordered pizza, lasagna, and a "Build Your Own Pasta" dish. The service was friendly and efficient, but most importantly, the food was delicious. We will definitely be returning.

The staff was friendly, but our meals were only average. The prices have gone up at this location. Our server even mentioned that they wouldn't want to pay those prices. Honestly, I would rather go to a pub for cheaper food if I didn't have my child with me. I don't plan on returning anytime soon.

It's good that I had a gift card for a part of this adventurous. I'd really be angry if I had to pay the whole amount of bill. the menu left much to wish, the service was somewhat slow, the food was simply sufficient and the bill was from the website. we were burned more than once in this restaurant, but there was a final attempt because of the gift card and I mean a FINAL sample.

Came in and the restaurant was full. They said they had space in the bar. No issues. They made sure everything was cleaned and were very very conscious about making this a safe experience. Ive been traveling recently as an emergency worker and this is...one of the best restaurant experiences I've had recently. From service (even through a mask) to the food. All excellent.
