this location is pleasantly located on a Bernard corner and it is great to sit at the windows and enjoy the constant parade of kelownas unique dwellers and transients. the place is modern, the staff is very friendly, but the coffee is disgusting sumpf pump water. you couldn't get any bitter broth if you poured into a cup of galle. that is not an Italian or French roast, but cremation.
