She deserves a raise and the restaurant should considering hiring more staff.

Her behavior... read more Yesterday, I went to this coffee shop and asked an Indian girl for some suggestions for a coffee. However, she gave me attitude without any reason. Her behavior was unprofessional and she seemed unwilling to assist me. I ended up ordering coffee for myself and my boyfriend, but we were both disappointed with the customer service we received. I don't think it would cost anything more to be nice to someone, and her behavior ruined my evening. I hope that you can address this issue and ensure that all customers are treated with respect and courtesy.

We have ordered 2 matcha lattes and 1 regular latte. We have got 2 drinks in take away cups even though we asked for ceramic mugs, so we asked to pour our drinks to mugs. The girl who worked that day let us wait for 10 minutes, she didn't finish our order completely and started to prepare the drink for another customer. After she finished his order, she made the last drink from our order and poured another 2 drinks in the mugs, but after 10 minutes of waiting they were already cold. The attitude was unpleasant. The washroom was very dirty. Will never go there again.
