My wife and I arrived just arrived after Bamboo had closed. The owner Van unlocked and invited us in. He served up a beef noodle soup which was the best we ever tasted. Darlene wanted spring rolls and Van fired up the fryer even though we said not to go out of his way. The spring rolls where very crispy. We ordered first (it’s counter service) and if I had looked more closely at the place I would have left. The bathrooms, booths and floor are disgusting. Seriously. I love a greasy spoon, hole in the wall, and we’re eaten here in the past many times but yuck. Not again unless things change. View all feedback.
I LOVE Veitnamese food. Especially Pho '. For an express place. Not bad at all. Wish the Pho ' came with the fixings but for a Express it was delicious. Thats the only reason I didn 't go it 5 stars. I love to add my own sprouts, lime, basil, fish sauce and garlic sauce.
Ordered a bowl of soup, a large soup. Which is actually more like a regular size bowl. Was $17.85!! Someone who earns $20 a hour would have to work a hour just to be able to buy a bowl of soup here. It?s not amazing soup, it?s good but not great. Should be more like $13-$14 at most. This also doesn?t leave any room for a tip.
We came here after driving 3 hours to Kelowna for the farmers market. We were hungry and saw this nearby. The food was delicious, especially the ___. It's very interesting. The food was very good, but very salty. The price was also pretty high too. If this was in Vancouver, the price would be $5 cheaper on every item. The worst part was the lady's customer service. It was horrible. We wish that we had lunch at the farmers market. At least the people there are way nicer.
Great for a quick bite that will refresh and fill you up.
Bad service, I mean? terrible service. I don?t know how they can rent 2 bad waitresses.
