I used to work for a butcher shop so I am pretty well versed as to what should happen at a butcher shop. We 've been looking for a local butcher for awhile and we were really excited to try this one. However, they sold us spoiled pork ribs. The package date reflects the date we bought the ribs which had already been prepackaged. Now our whole house smells like rotten pork aka sulfur/rotten eggs. Best beef in the area. Everyone that works there is so helpful and kind. The owner truly cares about his customers. When we have family from out of state they can’t get over how good the meat is. They’ve even bought meat home with them to Florida. View all feedback.
