My 16-year-old son went on Saturday to see his brother’s band and paid the $8 admission fee, but the next day his account was charged $28. Someone had added a $20 tip without his consent. The worst part is that both of us have been trying for a week to contact someone to resolve this, but the only manager is only available on Thursdays. I called all day and night but never got an answer, and their voicemail was full. This is a terrible way to run a business. There is a sign over the bar stating that a 20% tip will be added if you run a tab and don’t sign, which makes me wonder if they’re just adding $20 to receipts at the end of the night. I’m not sure, but I would be very cautious. I wanted to resolve this in person, but since they’re 30 minutes away and no one answers the phone, I didn’t want to risk missing someone.

The two waitresses were fantastic and worked incredibly hard despite being overwhelmed by the crowd. However, a note to management: the facility needs some updates. Please ensure all the patio fans are functioning and that all the string lights are working and illuminated. On the night of 8/12/22, it was hot with no fans running and many lights burnt out. Hiring more waitresses would also help. Thank you!

The band Ninety 2 Nothin rocked the house with 90s tunes, making the night unforgettable. The menu offered great options that perfectly complemented the lively atmosphere.
