Drove by today to get a quick bite. I had a gift card. The app wouldn’t allow me to use both the gift card and pay the difference with my debit card. As I was driving off Wes came out and assisted me. That level of customer service is the reason for my review. He went above and beyond. Thank you again. Cherry limeades and tots are always great.

We placed and were billed for an order on the app. When we arrived at this store, they informed us that their system was down. We asked if our order had come through before it went down. The manager said that he would look and send someone out if there was an issue. When no one came out, we pushed the button to ask about the order. The manager was incredibly rude, huffed at us asking the question, and disconnected the speaker. When he came out, we asked for clarification and asked for a refund. He refused to answer any questions and walked away. We asked for corporate’s phone number and he told us to look it up online. When we asked for the store number, he said he to look it up. He then went inside and locked the door. We went to the door to see if we could talk and get the information we needed. He locked the door and looked at us as seen in the picture. When we left, the manager and all of the staff were staring at us through the window. As we pulled out of the stall, he came over the speaker and said “Bye”.This manager is very unprofessional, rude, and immature. He has no business being a manager or working in the service industry.After contacting the 800 number, we still have not received a credit back. Apparently, it doesn’t matter what we do. Sonic doesn’t seem to care to take true responsibility for the actions of its employees.

The service was fast, food was fresh. The carhop was happy and polite. We were impressed.Kid-friendliness: They have a great kids menu. They offer grilled cheese, corn dogs along with apple slices. The toys are always a hit with the kids.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped parking is up front and easily accessible

The power of advertisement!While watching TV, my mom had a sudden desire to have the burger that they were promoting at a discounted price, I believe it was the double cheeseburger. Obviously, they never look as the ones on the commercials, and even though it was good, it had a weird taste that I’ve never had from sonic.Overall, the times I’ve been to sonic, their burgers have been really good.The issue I have is that, even though Sonic may be one of the fast food chain restaurants that I’ve been to the least, surprisingly, they have the highest amount of errors on my order. This time, even though I requested onion rings, I was given some sort of jalapeños (I believe Fried or filled jalapeño poppers or similar). They were OK, yet it was not what I was expecting nor ordered.They clearly have to have an issue with their order system, system processes, or best practices on how they do business as this is not normal. I’ve been to sonic an estimate of 10 times and I clearly recall at least five or six times orders being incorrect.I’ll be back to order the meal that I like, not what the advertisement worked on my family’s subconscious/mind.
