Update: It has now been over a month (10/19) waiting on a refund and have called 13 times only to get constant rings. My bank is now involved but has received no response from Nestlé Keller. I ordered a cookie cake for my daughter's birthday party several days in advance. These cookies are delicious and so worth the price. Sure I could get them frozen from the grocery store, but why do they when I can get them already made and enjoy immediately. This cafe is really nice too, I totally recommend for a lunch date (food options or just a individual sweet treat fix (cookies, ice cream, etc... . Online orders recommended...just create an account.
