These cookies are delicious and so worth the price. Sure I could get them frozen from the grocery store, but why do they when I can get them already made and enjoy immediately. This cafe is really nice too, I totally recommend for a lunch date (food options or just a individual sweet treat fix (cookies, ice cream, etc... . Online orders recommended...just create an account. Update: It has now been over a month (10/19) waiting on a refund and have called 13 times only to get constant rings. My bank is now involved but has received no response from Nestlé Keller. I ordered a cookie cake for my daughter's birthday party several days in advance. The day of her party they left me a voicemail stating our order was canceled and said they could either reschedule or give a refund. Why would I re... View all feedback.
I went here for a last minute Christmas gift. The owner of the store was polite and very helpful. This particular day they had a special buy 12 for $12.00. She was out of one of the flavors I wanted but had no problem making some for me. She is right in front of a movie theater so go there first to sneak a sweet treat for the movie. The chocolate chip pecan is my favorite. What I also did not know is they offer a delivery service similar to Tiffs Treats and the Nestle cookies are better in my opinion.
Stacy is so awesome and amazing. Shes the owner of this amazing place and I'm glad I stopped in again. Theres this super cute mustard and red set outside for patio desserts. The inside is huge for hosting Birthday parties, events, and Valentines Day. When you che k in on yelp, you get a #FREE cookie and they are delish. What you need to try, is the coffee. I had 2 cups black and didnt even think about sugar or cream. It's a differnt type of coffee and it's only $1. Im so excited that they will now be hosting a coffee meetup the last Wednesday of the month with some amazing creatives. Check out the instagrammable wall frames. I'm so excited for what Nestle is bringing to the heart of Keller. Food, sweets, and drinks. Come by,located right in from of the movie house! Anyone know where she can get a Keller Jersey?
1. The order wasn?t ready when they said it would be on our confirmation email and told us to come back in 15 minutes 2. They gave us the wrong size cookie cake 3. They didn?t accept the message we wanted (nothing inappropriate or too long) and instead of asking if we wanted a different message, they wrote a generic ?happy birthday? 4. Explain to me how that is supposed to be a ?dump truck? on this cake
I don't usually leave reviews but, felt compelled after my recent experience at this location. After catching an episode of Undercover Boss that featured this company my sister and I were excited to find we had a franchise in our neighborhood. On arrival our smiling faces were met with a scowl. As it was our first visit we had a few questions and received short, snarky answers. We told the peron at the counter we had watched the show and proceeded to keep trying to engage in a friendly manner as we understand everyone has a bad day but, the person helping us had a stone face. She made it clear she wanted us to quickly pick what we wanted and leave although the shop was completely empty and she knew we had never been there and were unfamiliar with the menu. I got a hot caramel macchiato which was good but, my sister got a caramel frappe that was disgusting coffee water with no caramel or sweetness of any kind. Drinks aside I would avoid this place because a sweets shop should be a happy environment and the customer service is deplorable.
TL;DR: door was locked when I arrived mid afternoon. Waited 20min past the indicated note on the door. Employee(s) never came back. I had never been to a Neslte Toll House Cafe but always wanted to give it a try. I was craving an ice cream sandwich today and thought I?d take a quick break and try Nestle Cafe out. Unfortunately I found the door locked and a note on the door indicating they would be back in (what was at the time) ~10min. I waited that and an additional 20min only to find the door was never unlocked and no one inside. I can certainly understand unforeseen circumstances where the store may need to close abruptly. However, the experience resulted in my trust being broken since no one ever came back. I saw many other (potential) customers coming to find the door locked during my wait as well.
