The loaded fries were a revelation; it was love at first bite. If you're a fan of sweet and savory flavors, this place is definitely for you. The Cali Burger stood out from any burger I've had before. It was absolutely delicious, with a thick, sweet bun that was substantial enough to hold the entire creation together (I'm usually someone who ends up eating burgers without the bun, haha). It kept its shape perfectly and didn’t fall apart like cheaper buns often do. To top off the experience, the soda machine was charming—a tap/craft soda setup! It was fun and convenient, especially since the kimchi was flavorful but a bit spicy; I found myself grabbing a couple of cups of soda to cool down. I'm so glad I discovered this restaurant; it feels like a hidden gem that not many people know about, but they really should! Give it a try and share your experience. I tried the Big Tex burger (I think that's the name), which is basically a Western-style burger served on Texas toast. The onion rings were amazing—crispy and perfectly cooked, with the onion staying intact when I took a bite. My wife ordered the cheesesteak; it had fantastic flavor, but it was a bit messy—definitely better suited for eating with a knife and fork. She also loved the curly fries, which were quite tasty. Our meals arrived faster than we expected, which was a nice surprise, and the staff was incredibly patient and friendly while we placed our order. I would definitely come back!
