The staff member didn’t seem to know how to take my order, and my food ended up sitting out without anyone informing me. By the time I got it, it was cold. I’m giving it four stars because I usually have a much better experience here.

If you're looking for suggestions, we've... read more The food at this restaurant is quite good. My family has dined here on two occasions and thoroughly enjoyed our meals. If you're looking for suggestions, we've sampled the Psychedelic burger, Holy Smokes burger, Bonsai burger, OG burger, plain fries, Spicy Pork Tacos, and K-style Fries. I especially loved the Bonsai burger with all its toppings. The OG burger was fairly average, but the Psychedelic burger was really tasty. The Holy Smokes burger was also enjoyable—bacon seems to elevate everything! While the plain fries were somewhat underwhelming, the K-style fries were delightful. I definitely want to return and try more dishes. The spicy pork tacos are among my favorites; a little squeeze of lime adds the perfect touch. I do wish the burgers came with fries like they do at many other places, but I suppose everyone has their own preferences.

The loaded fries were a revelation; it was love at first bite. If you're a fan of sweet and savory flavors, this place is definitely for you. The Cali Burger stood out from any burger I've had before. It was absolutely delicious, with a thick, sweet bun that was substantial enough to hold the entire creation together (I'm usually someone who ends up eating burgers without the bun, haha). It kept its shape perfectly and didn’t fall apart like cheaper buns often do. To top off the experience, the soda machine was charming—a tap/craft soda setup! It was fun and convenient, especially since the kimchi was flavorful but a bit spicy; I found myself grabbing a couple of cups of soda to cool down. I'm so glad I discovered this restaurant; it feels like a hidden gem that not many people know about, but they really should! Give it a try and share your experience. We arrived an hour and a half before closing time, and our friend's order was completely overlooked. When we finally brought it to their attention, they ended up bringing the wrong dish. After some time, we managed to sort everything out. However, before leaving, my daughter wanted to refill her Coke from the fountain, and the cashier at the front seemed irritated, as if she wanted to close early. Having worked in fast food and restaurants myself, I understand that you shouldn't start closing down or putting things away until it's actually time to close. If you have to stay a little longer than usual, that's just part of the restaurant business. As a staff member, you are responsible for accommodating customers until they leave, and then you handle the cleanup.

I tried the Bulgogi loaded fries, a Cali burger, and a Bulgogi burger from the kids' menu. Everything was AMAZING! First, I want to mention how friendly the staff were; they patiently answered all my questions and were incredibly welcoming. It made my experience even more enjoyable. As for the loaded fries, it was love at first bite! If you enjoy sweet and savory flavors, this place is a must-visit. The Cali burger is unlike any other I’ve had before. It was absolutely delicious, and the bread was thick, sweet, and substantial enough to hold the entire burger together (I often end up with no bun left, haha!). It held up nicely and didn't crumble apart like some cheap buns do. And I have to mention the soda machine – it was adorable! It served tap/craft soda, which added a fun and convenient touch. The kimchi was delicious, but a bit spicy, so I had to grab a couple of cups of soda to cool down. I’m so glad I discovered this place; it’s definitely a hidden gem.
