The food was delicious! My yellow chicken curry could have used a bit more seasoning, but the Thai iced tea was fantastic! It's great to support local businesses, so be sure to stop by! View all feedback.

What Chan C dislikes about Red Ginger:
The regular menu prices are quite high, ranging from $13 to $18, making it a potentially expensive lunch. The waiter claimed that the portions were large, but I would have to disagree. We requested a typical Thai condiment, Prik Nam Pla, and they didn’t even know what it was! That was concerning. Although they tried to prepare it for us, they were out of Thai chilies and lime, which are crucial ingredients in Thai cu... View all feedback.

The Pad Lake Ewe is delicious and just the right price. I like my beef. The service was fast and friendly, the interior is clean and not cramped, and the portions are large.

My husband and I decided to try this place for the first time and we were NOT disappointed. All day I eaten some Lao food (as I am half of Lao and it's my comfort food), my husband found Red Ginger online and we thought "Thai food, close enough." This place was easy to reach and welcoming. The service was excellent and we have never been treated like that. We have fried bean curds and a salad roll to start, as well as a Thai iced tea. At this point we were impressed and could not wait to try our main dish! Our main dish was a Lime Leaf Stir Fry with Tofu and it was delicious. It immediately reminded me of the cooking of my grandmother and I never felt at home. It turned out that the owners are Lao, so we had a pleasant chat. All in all, this place is a shiny penny. Great service, great food. The prices are somewhat high, but for the quality you receive it is completely worth it. We will definitely go back!

This is one of my favorite dining spots in Salem. It's a warm, family-run restaurant with a welcoming atmosphere. I absolutely love the deluxe noodles; they are creamy and perfectly spiced. The drunken noodles feature delicious wide noodles, while the pad woon sen offers fantastic flavor with its thin, tasty vermicelli noodles. The crab puff appetizer is both crispy and creamy, and the Thai tea is sweet and refreshing. It's also really convenient to get takeout from here; the portions are generous and they usually prepare the food quickly. I highly recommend Red Ginger if you're looking for great Thai cuisine in the Salem/Keizer area.

Very good taste! We went there for dinner twice in two weeks. Very friendly waitress who is also the owner. Will go there in the future for sure. The only problem is the parking area, felt a little worry when we parked on the side of the street in the back of the restaurant since the parking was full when we got there, it's ok eventually. (Pictures are our two visits)
