Arby's - Keizer
Arby's
Description
This fast-casual sandwich spot serves piping-hot, well-crafted sandwiches—standout items include a melty prime rib cheesesteak and a flavorful French dip—offering strong value with coupons and friendly staff. Hits include tasty fries and community-minded initiatives like No Kid Hungry. However, experiences vary: expect occasional order mix-ups, drive-thru confusion, and uneven meat quality or late‑day menu availability. Overall, a convenient, family-friendly place for quick, budget-conscious meals if you can tolerate some inconsistency.

Tried the new Prime Rib Cheese Steak... I'm always on the hunt for a great cheesesteak and have tried them all over the USA, with many regional twists. This one ranks among the better options. Opening the sandwich to see strings of melted cheese stretching from side to side, along with peppers that had nice sear marks yet remained slightly crunchy, was a great sign. For a fast food sandwich, I genuinely enjoyed it. The counter service will likely get better as the staff gains more experience. I’m giving it an easy 4½ stars.
The staff seemed too focused on the drive-thru and accidentally gave our order to a drive-thru customer. When we asked for our order, we had to repeat it, which was too much trouble for them. In the end, we just requested a refund. Not happy.
I always receive my order correctly, and the quality is exceptional! I really enjoy the French dip sandwich; it's incredibly tasty! Plus, with my coupon, I was able to get two for only $8! What a fantastic deal!
I ordered a gyro here, and it was truly the worst I've ever had! I also got fries, which were decent, but that was the only bright spot in the meal. The Coke I ordered strangely tasted like root beer—I'm not sure how that happened. Overall, I won't be coming back. The meat was of poor quality, and I ended up having to throw the sandwich away. I felt like I was taken advantage of by being served such low-quality food!
I've consistently enjoyed my visits to this Arby's, but on my most recent trip, I noticed that a couple of sandwiches were missing from my order. I understand it wasn’t intentional, as it was around 40 minutes before closing and the staff seemed a bit fatigued. Nevertheless, the food was still delicious and the service was generally friendly. I would rate it 5 stars, but I would suggest that the team pays a bit more attention to the orders.
