What User doesn't like about Papagallos:
Wife's favorite restaurant in the area, but 2 poor experiences in a row will stop us from going again. Limited menu, overpriced and when one person finishes eating before the other meal is served and ends up getting canceled is unacceptable. Waiter was apologetic.
