The overall experience was excellent. The staff was very attentive, and the food was well-prepared. The drinks were a bit slow to arrive, but it wasn't a major issue. View all feedback.
What Eric Arellano doesn't like about Granita Enoteca:
Service and atmosphere were very nice, but the food was a bit of a disappointment. Not horrible, by any means, but not anything that would make me want to rush back. View all feedback.
The atmosphere is warm and inviting. The staff is outstanding and attentive to every detail. The food and drinks are both creative and delicious. I can definitely see my family and me returning frequently. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
We had an amazing experience at this restaurant! It's my birthday weekend, and I'm so glad we chose this place for dinner tonight. The food was fantastic. Even though they were clearly busy, our wait time was minimal. Our server, Allison, was incredible—she truly made our experience exceptional. We will definitely be returning!
I was told they were out of fried chicken, yet I noticed them serving it to other customers who arrived after me. The pricing was outrageous; for instance, a sirloin steak for $52 is just ridiculous. The service was careless, too—when the server handed me the hot espresso, it spilled on my hand and burned my fingers, and they didn’t even offer me ice or any relief. The dessert itself looked plain, lacking any garnish. Make sure to make a reservation if you consider dining here; otherwise, you might get stuck at a high-top table. When I tried to call for a reservation, no one answered the phone. I'm being generous by giving this place 3 stars. I ordered a dish that included 5 pieces of ravioli with just spinach puree, and it cost $20. It only contained ricotta and spinach with tomato sauce—there were supposed to be pine nuts, but mine had none. I doubt I will return in the future.
Exceptional experience here! Everything from granita they served pre-meal to the pastas were spot on. We had the meatballs and flatbread appetizer. Could have just stopped there. Meatballs were very soft and juicy on the inside and perfect on the outside. There was a very nice herbed taste that made my wife keep commenting on them, in addition to the basil. The flatbread was just ascrumptious mix of fig, goat cheese and slightly charred pizza crust. On the menu, it said there was prosciutto, but we didn'ttaste or see any, but honestly imo prosciutto would have ruined it so we didn't really care! The pastas were also great. Thetagliatelle, though boring looking (sauce was simply butter, salt and pepper), was mildly addictive. The pasta noodle itself wasreally chewy! I had the agnolotti which had a very nice, tangy buttery sauce. The filling didn't have much taste so thatwould be my main complaint of the evening. Thank you!
Always such unique cocktails and delicious dishes. We tried the wine flights as well and were impressed by the selections! A beautiful restaurant for a nice night out.
