However, I'm gi... read more Incredible burgers and fries! I had the cheeseburger "all-the-way," and it was cooked to perfection. Their fries have really improved over time. However, I'm giving it 3 stars for a couple of reasons: I understand you're not going to Five Guys for a gourmet dining experience, and that's perfectly alright. But the bathrooms were in a pretty rough state, reminiscent of a back alley porta potty. There was a slippery substance on the floor in front of the drink machine—marked with a caution sign—but still hard to avoid due to its size and location. We also sat at two tables that clearly hadn’t been cleaned, which were only promptly tidied up when we requested something to wipe them down ourselves. The floor was littered with food; I could have probably salvaged a bonus meal from it. Overall, the staff was courteous and friendly, which prevented me from rating it lower. I recognize they may not have enough workers or adequate pay, yet they maintain a positive attitude and continue to serve great food. It's a shame that their cleanliness issues detract from their efforts. I hope things improve soon so I can give them the stars they truly deserve.
