After placing our order... read more Five Guys has quickly become one of our favorite dining spots. We've visited twice now. On our first visit, the place was quite crowded. After placing our order, we found ourselves waiting quite a while as the restaurant gradually emptied out. Concerned about the 25-30 minute wait, we inquired and learned that our order had mistakenly been given to someone else. They apologized and promptly took our order again, and we finally got our food. Since the restaurant was nearly empty by then, we had the option to pick our seats. While we were eating, the manager stopped by to apologize for the mix-up and generously provided us with a $20 gift card for our next visit. When we returned and used the gift card, everything went off without a hitch. We truly appreciate their friendly service and highly recommend Five Guys to both locals and visitors alike, especially if you're looking to explore their menu.
