The drinks and food are awesome! I love the staff but recently things have been slow, and online orders always get pushed aside. I shouldn't have to stand there awkwardly waiting for 5 minutes to catch a staff to ask for my online order that is finished andsitting in a corner of the counter.

The employees were great but they are very short-staffed and that means things move slowly. The food and drink are good but not the place to go if you are in a hurry. Good luck to the dunks crew working here

This restaurant seems to disregard its online customers. Whenever I've used DoorDash to order from here, my bagel arrives untoasted and there's just a lump of cream cheese in one corner. This establishment feels like a scam, as they can't seem to fulfill an order correctly, no matter the circumstances.

I stopped by this morning to grab a large iced coffee with French vanilla swirl, but I was handed a hazelnut swirl twice. I kindly asked if it could be corrected, and the first time, it was resolved without any issues. However, during the second exchange, the teenage employee argued with my sister and me, insisting that it was actually French vanilla. I took a few sips, and it definitely wasn't! No worries; I wasn't upset, but I had just paid $8 for two iced coffees, and one was completely wrong. I was simply trying to enjoy the coffee I actually ordered! It would be great if the staff could leave their attitudes at home.

The coffee was excellent and served hot, and the bagel was fresh. The staff were very friendly.
