Nestled conveniently in the neighborhood, this restaurant has garnered a loyal following for its delightful food and drinks. I drive past 2 other Dunkin Donuts locations because this is my favorite. The wait is long, but worth it. During COVID-19 outbreak, I love the drive in option. The employees wear appropriate masks, gloves, and demonstrate adherence to safetyprotocols.
The 2 girls that work there are fast and never disappointed me. I love coming here for my Hot Caramel Latte.
The restaurant was advertised as being open until 10 PM, but it actually closed at 8 PM, and there was no one around to assist with my takeout order. Fortunately, the situation was eventually sorted out, and the staff was very apologetic. In particular, the manager was extremely helpful in addressing the issue.
This evening, I had outstanding customer service from a female staff member at the restaurant. She was quick to take my order and prepare my drink, which was delicious. I placed order #875, and she handled everything at this location very well. I want to give her a heartfelt thank you and will definitely be coming back.
I drive past two other Dunkin' Donuts locations just to get to this one, my favorite. The wait can sometimes be lengthy, but it's absolutely worth it. I particularly value the drive-thru option, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. The staff here consistently wear masks and gloves and strictly adhere to safety guidelines.
