What Atlas Tactics doesn't like about Dunkin':
I really enjoyed the food and drinks at this restaurant, but they could benefit from hiring more staff to handle the busy rush hour periods. Despite that, the existing staff members are wonderful and provide excellent customer service. View all feedback.
I drive past 2 other Dunkin Donuts locations because this is my favorite. The wait is long, but worth it. During COVID-19 outbreak, I love the drive in option. The employees wear appropriate masks, gloves, and demonstrate adherence to safetyprotocols.
The 2 girls that work there are fast and never disappointed me. I love coming here for my Hot Caramel Latte.
This restaurant is conveniently located near my home, so I visit frequently. They consistently get my order right. Sometimes, they even anticipate my order before I say anything, which always makes me laugh.
The staff was friendly, but some employees were on their phones. It took them about 3 minutes to notice me since it was a busy Sunday.
I bypass two other Dunkin Donuts locations just to come to this one, which is my favorite. The wait can be long, but it's definitely worth it. I especially appreciate the drive-thru option during the COVID-19 pandemic. The staff here wear masks and gloves and follow safety guidelines diligently.
