The vanilla shake had a fantastic flavor, but it was quite thick and hard to drink at first. I appreciated having French fries and onion rings as side options, as I often struggle to decide between the two. The onion rings were salty and crispy—really enjoyable. Food was hot and fresh. Not their fault but I feel Runza has lost the quality of the original sandwich. No flavor. Hard to keep something so homemade into a fast food and keep its authentic recipe, but can be done. View all feedback.
The Runza sandwich was slightly undercooked and doughy, while the fries were a bit overcooked. I've dined at this Runza several times before, but this was our least satisfying experience. It felt more like an assembly line than a welcoming eatery.
We ate lunch and planned to take 18 frozen Runzas back to Kentucky and Tennessee with us, but they only had 14 in the freezer that were not frozen yet. We told them that was fine, that we would keep them in the cooler until we got home and freeze them then. They wrapped 4 more in a different color of paper and put them in the freezer to cool off while we ate! That was so thoughtful! I also LOVE that Runza has Fringles!!

Great variety food choices
I’ve been to this location quite a few times and almost every time I come here they mess my order up. I never order a lot of food just a meal and it waits get messed up whether it’s then forgetting something on my sandwich. Or forgetting something completely. The fries are always too hard and barely warm. I will not be coming to this location anymore which sucks because I love runza.
