Best cookies in Nebraska, very humid and stays good for days after purchase and tastes delicious. The iconic smell of these perfect cookies could be the only thing that makes me really happy. You should make a candle that is scratched like these heavenly cookies. If Eileen has some close relatives, I will be happy to marry her family so that I can eat these cookies until the day I die. I love Eileen's cookies and that was the first time I was outside Lincoln. The cookies were perfectly softly cooked and they had the small individual cookies instead of getting them in half a dozen or larger sizes:
